What the forms collect
Only what you type into the quote form: your name, phone number, email address, truck details, what you're interested in, and your message. For fleet enquiries it also collects your company name and number of vehicles.
Why
To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote. Your details are not sold, not rented, and not used for advertising.
Where it goes
Each submission is stored in a database on this site's server, and emailed to [email protected] through Microsoft 365.
How long it's kept
Submissions are kept for 24 months, then deleted.
Spam protection
The contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes signals from your browser to tell people from automated bots.
Cookies
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The network provider that delivers the site may set a strictly necessary security cookie to filter automated traffic.
Server logs
The server records request details — IP address, the page requested, and the time — and keeps them for up to 90 days for security and troubleshooting. Form contents are never written to those logs.
